1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website https://www.chosenvintage.shop by selecting your desired items, adding them to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Make sure to provide accurate billing and shipping information to avoid delays.

3. How long will it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
After processing, shipping takes 4–7 business days within the United States. Your total delivery time is typically 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
No, currently we only ship within the United States. All shipping is free using our Free Shipping method.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
7. What if my package is damaged during delivery?
If your package is damaged, please take a photo of the item and packaging, and send it directly to our customer service team. Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, replacement, or credit.
8. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer if the wrong order was placed.

All returns are handled by mail only; in-store returns are not accepted.

Return Instructions:

Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

Attach the prepaid return label included with your package.

Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier listed on the label.

If the return label is lost, contact us to request a new one.
9. Is there a restocking fee?
No, there is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free for qualifying items.
